Paralibrarians play a vital role in connecting communities with information, services, and opportunities. This interactive Bound & Determined session explores how professional associations can help paralibrarians grow their skills, expand their networks, and discover new pathways for leadership and career development.

Drawing on the work of the Massachusetts Library Association's Paralibrarian Section, we'll discuss professional development, mentoring, networking, scholarships, and volunteer leadership opportunities, while sharing ideas that participants can bring back to their own state or regional library associations.

Whether you're from Massachusetts or elsewhere in New England, you'll leave with practical resources, fresh ideas, new connections, and inspiration to become more engaged in your profession and your library community.
