Session Description:

We invite you to join us for a special Bound & Determined: Meet the Candidates event, an opportunity to hear directly from those running for elected office in NELA.

At a time when librarianship is facing significant challenges and rapid change, strong leadership and community connection matter more than ever. This event is designed to give candidates a platform to share their vision and for members to engage thoughtfully with the future of our organization.

During the session, each candidate will be asked two guiding questions:

• Why are you running for elected office?
• How can NELA best support librarians during these challenging times?

We encourage you to attend, listen, and take part in shaping the direction of our association. This is a valuable opportunity to better understand each candidate’s priorities and how they hope to serve our community. Please email Jennifer Gehly [email protected] for the current slate.
